Theresa Dukumor
Theresa Dukumor is the Founder of Kaleido Advisory Africa. Her background is legal, her practice is strategic. She holds an LLB from the University of Portsmouth and is currently finishing an LLM in International Trade Law at Rivers State University.
Most cross border deals fail quietly. An African business signs away more than they realize. An investor moves money without knowing which structures actually protect them. Theresa built Kaleido to sit on both sides of that gap, structuring deals so exporters keep what they’ve built and investors know exactly what they’re walking into.
Based in Port Harcourt, she works across AfCFTA markets on deal structuring, trade compliance, and investor side market entry.
